Active Meditation + Sound Healing

Details

In this donation-based offering, we gather and practice a short Active Meditation to prep our bodies to receive 30 minutes of healing vibrations from the Crystal Bowls.

Each month we explore a new meditation that may feature one or more of the following elements: breathwork, mantra, repetitive movement and sometimes even laughter! The meditations are carefully selected to get ourselves out of our minds, into our bodies and into an optimized state to receive the vibrations of the crystal bowls.

The tangible vibrations and tones of the bowls create space for the nervous system to drop into "rest and digest" mode. This is the state in which our body can heal from it's stressors-- whether they be physical or emotional.

What to Bring:

A mat, a blanket and water-- along with anything else you need to comfortable!

Please hydrate beforehand as it enhances the experience.

Cost: Donation Based Offering - Suggested $10-$30

Proceeds benefit the Center of Universal Light in Cottonwood, Arizona

Benefits of the bowls as reported to Elena by her clients:

-Deep relaxation/meditation

-Deep sleep post-session

-Decreased pain

-Visions of fractals, colors or deep insight

-Gained clarity on situational stressors

-Deepened awareness to the body's response to sound and vibration

-The ability to feel the vibrations in the physical body
