Elena hosts private yoga, breathwork and sound healing sessions in a variety of places: private studio, your vacation rental or home or on the land. She is also available to travel to private locations in the Verde Valley/Prescott/Flagstaff area.

Sound Sessions

Experience 9 Crystal Bowls, Mother Tesla Gong and Chimes. The entire experience lasts ~1 hour. Upon request— sessions can also include a light breathwork practice to prep the body to receive the vibrations of the bowls at no additional cost.

60 minute sessions:

1-4 people: $200 (includes an essential oil gift)

5-9 people: $250 (includes an essential oil gift)

Kundalini Yoga or Himalayan Kriya + Sound Savasana

Private Kundalini Yoga experience with mini-Sound Healing savasana. Class is curated to your intention and needs. Indoor only.

75 and 90 minute sessions available at same rate:

$150 for single person - will receive a Kriya to practice at home.

Kundalini Kriya, Breathwork or Sound Healing on Sedona Vortex Land

2-3 hour sessions on land that include a varitey of offerings. Great for spiritual seekers and visitors coming to Sedona with curiosity and an intention for transformation. Each session curated uniquely to you. Sessions may include

• Vortex Discussion

• Kriya, kundalini or seated breath practices

• Manifestation exercises

• Sound Healing

• Connection with mother earth

• Hiking

Pricing:

1-2 People: $250 for 2 to 3 hour tour

$80 for each additional person up to 6 people.
